On the email subject type your organization (must be an organization member of MFESTS) in the following format: “[Event Request] ORG: My Event Title”, where ORG can be replaced with the abbreviation of your organization.
In the subject of the email please provide as much information as you would like about your event. Must have the following:
- Event Date and Time
- Event Cost
- Event Description
- Event Location
- Event Website URL for Signup (if one exists)
Feel free to forward information about the event if it contains all the above fields. In any case, I would ask you to kindly title your request as stated above. Thanks and have a great event!
