Heather Wade, President of Heather Wade Group
Heather is an internationally recognized speaker and subject matter expert and holds ASQ certifications in calibration and auditing. She has presented at multiple local, national, and international in-person and virtual conferences and webinars. She is a published author of several metrology-related books and articles, including the upcoming release of ASQ’s Metrology Handbook, 3rd Edition.
Janet Lentz, CPC, ASQ NextGen Mentor
Janet has many years of executive level experience managing diverse work groups in a broad range of manufacturing industries, including chemicals, medical device, semiconductor, construction and aerospace. She has created and executed plans for the implementation of quality standards in complex manufacturing organizations, with focused effort applying continuous improvement techniques and optimizing manufacturing operations. Janet is an iPEC Certified Professional Career/Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. She is currently serving as an ASQ NextGen Mentor and Program Chair for Philadelphia ASQ.
