Join us for the first Chapter meeting of 2021 with Clifford Whitcomb, Chair of the Competency Working Group (CWG). Cliff will be leading a discussion on developing and applying competency frameworks, performing competency assessments, and can speak to any questions related to INCOSE’s Systems Engineering Competency Framework.
