Summer greetings! I would like to invite you and your colleagues to attend the 15th Annual Advanced Strategic Improvement Practices (ASIP) Conference on October 19, 2023 at the Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, MN.  The purpose of the conference is to gather experts from various types of organizations to learn with each other how to improve organizations from a strategic perspective. The twelve presentations this year will be related to Organizational Structure, Strategic Planning, Innovation, Resilience, Risk Management, Safety, Lean Six Sigma, AI, Industry 4.0, Quality Management, & Productivity.  This is the fifteenth year of the conference and many participants attend every year. There is an all-star cast of presenters again this year. You will learn with thought leaders from numerous organizations in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. Charles A. Liedtke, Ph.D. is the President of Strategic Improvement Systems, LLC, a management consulting company designed to assist leaders in improving the performance of their organization from a strategic perspective. Charles conducts research, consults, and provides customized training on Strategy, Culture, Quality, Analytics, Improvement, and Innovation. He has worked with organizations worldwide on strategic improvement initiatives including Fortune 500 companies, privately-held companies, non-profit organizations, government entities, hospitals, and clinics. His most recent research projects were on Quality,
Analytics, & Big Data; Big Data in Hoshin Kanri; Information-Based Customer Value Creation; Advances in Strategic Planning; Shaping Organizational Culture; Visions & Visioning; and Advances in Horizontal Interaction. Charles served as an editor for the Japanese Society for Quality Control on the English version technical standards on Guidelines for Daily Management and Guidelines for Policy Management. This work made the best practice technical standards from Japan accessible to all English speakers.

Charles earned a Ph.D. in Business – Operations and Information Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison specializing in strategy; strategic improvement; and quantitative analysis. Charles also earned an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. Minor in Statistics from UWMadison; an M.S. Degree in Statistics from Iowa State University; and a B.S. Degree in Economics from South Dakota State University.

Price Regular Price: $450 per person by October 12, 2023
Early Bird Price: $400 per person by August 18, 2023
To Pay . . . Payment in full for each participant must be received by October 12, 2023. There
are three ways to pay for the conference:

1) Mail a check to Charles at the address below with the registration information:

2) Email a purchase order to Charles with the registration information and you’ll be invoiced.

3) Email the registration information to Charles and indicate that you would like to pay by
credit card. You will then receive an invoice through PayPal.

A person’s registration is transferable to another person at any time until the conference begins on October 19, 2023. There will be an 80% refund ($360 or $320) for a cancellation until October 12, 2023. There will be no cancellation refunds after October 12, 2023.

The registration fee of $450 per person (or $400) includes:
• The opportunity to see twelve presentations and learn with thought leaders
• Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments throughout the day
• Beverages and hors d’oeuvres’ at 3:00 p.m. immediately following the conference
